The city of Richmond, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2012 edition. Richmond, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.010 (adopted) with amendments § 500.020.
• The International Residential Code, 2012 edition. Richmond, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.120 (adopted) with amendments § 500.130.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2012 edition. Richmond, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.027 (adopted) with amendments § 500.028.

Residential Building Code
